Our OPEN HOUSE was a HUGE success

We would like to give a huge thank you to everyone who came to our Open House on Saturday!! We appreciate all of you for taking the time to stop by and see our beautiful house and to see what we do here at Valley Haven. Thank you again and come see us anytime!!

Good Friends and Good Food make for a Good Time. We are grateful for a generous donation that made it possible to install a new floor in the Activity Room and some much needed storage.

During the Open House we had a ceremony dedicating our new flag. Thank you to Loretta Skinner for her help in acquiring our flag for Valley Haven. It was flow over our nations capital building in Washington, D.C. for one day and dedicated to Valley Haven Adult Day Program. The ceremonial flag is in a case on display inside Valley Haven. We will treasure it and the nation it represents.

Have you ever wanted to tour a 1920's California Bungalow Style home? Well come join us on Saturday, October 18th from 1-3pm for a Fall Celebration and take a tour of Valley Haven. There will be music, food and fun!! We are at 502 N. Third St. Lompoc, Ca. 93436. Valley Haven is the only social day program for older dependent adults in Lompoc. Valley Haven Hosts Chamber of Commerce Mixer

Proud to show of the new Valley Haven House, we hosted the Lompoc Chamber of Commerce mixer on April 24th. Chamber members were given a tour of the facility and a history of Valley Haven's thirteen year history in the Lompoc Valley. Many members commented what an asset Valley Haven is to the Lompoc community. When a caregiver needs respite to enjoy a day off or run errands Valley Haven is ready to take care of their loved one. For those who are taking care of their parents, Valley Haven is a place they can feel comfortable leaving their loved one knowing they are safe and socially active at the same time. Lots of yummy snacks were enjoyed by all.

While we are waiting on the finalization of our conditional use permit we thought it was a good time to hold an open house to show the community our new facility and thank those who made it possible. Below are some photos of our event.

Valley Haven has an ongoing capital campaign to raise $100,000 to pay for the improvements and conversion of the Valley Haven house from residential to an Adult Day Program facility. You can help us reach our goal by making a donation via the website. Thank you.
